StepListen grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.

3. Restrictions

• You may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.
• You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the App.
• You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the App.

You are responsible for any content you process using the App. The App should be used only with content you own or have the right to use.

5. Updates and Modifications

We may from time to time develop patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades and other modifications to improve the performance of the App. You agree that we may update the App automatically.
